Scaling a supplements brand from $0 to $105K in 14 days @ 10X ROAS!! 😱
This simple strategy helped us scale a supplements brand from 0 to 6 figures in 14 days at a jaw dropping 10X ROAS.
Because all the courses and gurus out there seem to believe aggressive scaling will eat into your ROAS no matter what.
So if you're serious about scaling your eCommerce business to 7 figures, please ignore that and just read this case study.
I'm not even joking because this simple variation in how you go about selling your product can 5x your ROAS.
So without further ado, let's get straight into the sweet stuff.
Much lie a building's foundation, account structure is very important.
Top Of Funnel // TOF //
Most media buyers I talk to are consistently achieving 1.5-3x ROAS with most of their profits coming down in the MOF/BOF.
This is fine but you should be AT LEAST HUNTING FOR 3x ROAS TOF.
Here’s how you do it…
1. You identify the problem.
2. Magnify the problem that's also congruent to your audience's mind state - IF you don't know what mind state targeting means I've written an entire post about it which you don't wanna miss. Check out my FB page.
3. Present the solution.
It's pretty simple, instead of going straight into the benefits of your product, get your viewer thinking about his/her problem first.
And you'll see how it can make a huge difference in your ability to convert.
In our experience, Videos are the best for this but images can kill it as well.
You can create 2-3 videos + 1-2 images and throw them into a dynamic creative.

Now, this step of the funnel is all about making your audience feel the product and how it could change their life.
Testimonials work fine for this but they're getting more common nowadays and there'll be a time where people will simply become dead to those kinds of ads.
So what do you do?
Here's a much better strategy that you can use.
Use unboxing videos/product testing videos.
This has been working for us like magic lately, and no one is doing it.
These types of videos are far more engaging than typical testimonial videos, which end up driving a lower CPM, and eventually leads to a higher ROAS.

We generally keep BOF content very simple.
At this point, if you did all the things well that I mentioned above the only reason somebody would be hesitant to buy is the price of your product.
So what do you do?
You use Straight call to action + discount ladders.
Offer a 10% discount, if they still don't convert, offer 15-20%.
Refresh creatives like sox. Change as soon as as the performance starts to sink :)
We've used CBO's for this account, from day one.
But in paralel we were always prospecting for winning interest based audiences at low budgets.
We call this the mini farming method. And we try anything under the sun.
When we find 4 interests that convert constantly (more then one sale) we graduate them into a new CBO.
That's what we personally have been using lately to drive sales at this point.
And it's all been working well as long as we add new creatives and interest or audience segments into the mix.
Here is a quick update on the sales as of 06 April 2021:
The drop in ROAS is normal at higher budgets but we maily attribute best sellers getting out of stock and needing to push new products also.
